Tuval offers three type of hot-rolled steel profiles, according to the projects requirements, and desired look. For enhanced thermal-performance we use the legacy W20 profiles with IGU. For Ultra-Minimalist designed windows we use W500 profiles, which were designed by our company. For large doors we use W500FR profiles, which maintain the minimalist look, while supporting heavy glasses, thanks to their reinforced shape.

We use premium quality paints, and state-of-the-art anti-corrosion processes which provide higher corrosion resistance as compared to standard galvanization processes.

Zinc spray metallizing
The heat, high humidity and proximity to the sea are probably the toughest conditions for steel products. They accelerate the natural corrosion process of metal, and cause severe damages to steel products which are not treated well. Hence, low-quality producers of steel-windows, had led to have created a bad reputation of the product.
Professional, advanced, and expensive techniques of steel treatment will ensure superb protection against corrosion (rust), and will guaranty its durability and long life-cycle even at the toughest conditions.
In order to achieve the best protection against rust, TUVAL has implemented an advanced and expensive technique of Zinc coating, called Spray Flame. Unlike the typical cheap & common techniques of galvanization, the Spray Flame ensures that the zinc layer is thick and fully covers all surfaces & corners of the product.
Sealing and Thermal Isolation
Low quality windows producers have assisted in creating a bad reputation of steel windows, with regards to their sealing and thermal performance.
In order to guaranty optimal sealing, TUVAL has implemented a unique method of dual sealing - for both profiles of the steel window.
Ensuring 100% sealing (water, wind), we have also optimized the steel window for superb thermal isolation. Steel, naturally has very low thermal conductivity – 3 times less than aluminum. Hence, with advanced glazing, steel windows can offer efficient thermal isolation.
In places where high thermal performance is needed, we can implement our unique advanced glazing method. The outcome is a designed steel-windows with the most minimalistic appearance, together with high thermal performance characteristics.
